With over 25 years experience as a litigator, Cathy Pilkington has worked in government law=-enforcement related positions and tried numerous criminal and civil fraud- related cases in state and federal courts. She has defended many corporate employers on employment discrimination charges as well as restrictive covenants and other types of employment cases. She also has extensive knowledge of administrative law and the regulatory requirements of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
